A gentleman called me during the week and he asked me if I could do a report for him. I said yes no problem. I asked him if it was for a house. He said no is not buying anything. He is extending his house. I apologised to him for the misunderstanding.
He said he had some architectural drawings showing what he wants to do but he needs some steel beams designing. He said that the extension has a flat roof that needed to be designed as well.
