These bite size pieces are all based on short presentations that I have delivered at the weekly meetings of the Essex Business Forum over the last few years. The purpose of these presentations or Sixty Seconds as we call them are for the purpose of introducing ourselves to everyone and especially our guests to at the meeting. We do this by briefly describing what we do in our business and the sort of work that we are looking for at that particular time. It is a requirement of everyone who attends these weekly networking meetings to introduce themselves this way or at least along these lines. The idea is that this is all done within 60 seconds hence the name. What follows are a number of extracts from some of my Sixty Seconds. I have of course deleted the bit about who I am and what I do for a living because you will already know that. So here goes
